| The MMDS Survey and Testing software option enables healthcare facilities to develop web-based tests, quizzes and surveys for use with patients, staff and guests. This software can be used to: * Measure comprehension and competency * Gauge understanding * Grade training progress * Survey employees, users or guests to gather opinion based information. This product was designed for the healthcare market to support video-based patient education and serve to assist Nurses and Educators gauge comprehension and understanding which helps aid retention. The package includes authoring software to create both quizzes and surveys. Key features include: * Develop True/False, Yes/No, Multiple Choice, Multi-select and Scale Value Questions. * Grade on-the-fly. * Provide Pass or Fail feedback for tests. * Provide correct answers if question is answered incorrectly. * Random order questions to avoid integrity lapses. * Email, print or fax results. The system can be access with a telephone or web browser. Answers are sent via email, fax or printer to the appropriate person or department for follow up. In addition to Survey and Test applications this software can be used to provide patient request information to Housekeeping, Food Service and other key departments. This communication goes directly to the specific department and frees up the Nursing staff for patient care. |
