Lee County Schools

“I am really excited about this system and the forward compatibility capabilities it may provide. I really appreciate your time with this and am quite pleased with how well the VideoCourier’s are holding up. Along those lines, I would like to compliment your service department on their attention to us and being able to maintain our operations across the district at nearly 100% for the entire school year. We have been tracking usage of the Couriers to schools and classrooms and have documented significant increases in utilization over the past school year.”

Video On Demand in the Classroom

The goal of every teacher is to have an impact on as many students as possible and to help them find their way and become exceptional.  To help our teachers deliver their exceptional service we need to provide them with support,  resources and tools.  Video in the classroom is an important learning tool that teachers can use but video must be easy to access.  Most teachers have not had extensive training in technology so it's important to select solutions that are simple to understand and easy to use so teachers can focus on teaching rather than the technology.

A Video On Demand System alleviates the need for complex technology and simplifies the teacher's workflow so they can...

  • Inspire
  • Stimulate thought and creativity
  • Reinforce other material or topics
  • Build skills for listening, observation and verbalization
  • Meet learning objectives
  • Expand critical thinking skills
  • Bring new resources and places into the classroom.
Synergy Broadcast provides Video On Demand for K-12 schools.  The two most popular systems are standard cable or coax to televisions and IPTV streaming, which delivers streaming video programming to desktops, laptops and projectors connected to PC’s.

Districts that have a mix of schools with both standard cable and IPTV networks can use Synergy Broadcast's video on demand classroom solution to bridge the digital transition and provide both solutions.  This solutions makes it easier to migrate from analog to digital as funds are available but still provide teachers with the same easy to use classroom resource tools.  Teachers use the same interface but content is delivered over cable to an analog TV or over the network to a PC or projector.

Please select your type of distribution system: Cable System or Network.
